Venue Operations

I have worked in collaboration with a team of other venue Senior Managers at Utah Olympic Park managing all areas of venue operations for many years. We oversee the day to day operations of the venues including all facility maintenance needs. We work together on aspects of programming including sport and activity offerings, pricing, guidelines, staffing needs, facilities maintenance and event planning.
